coach brittney

bs, exercise science

brittney comes from a wide background of sports and strength-conditioning. she was a three sport athlete growing up playing basketball, softball, and cheerleading, eventually going on to play softball at the collegiate level. through countless practice sessions, brittney's passion for strength and conditioning grew and grew.

brittney earned her bachelor's in exercise science and has since been helping others shape their physical and mental health goals. 

brittney specializes in group exercise instruction where she has programmed and led successful group exercise classes of 20+ participants. brittney has worked with several collegiate softball and volleyball players, helping them improve their strength and conditioning for their sports. 

brittney takes pride in making sure every client she works with feels confident when they step into the gym. she is always reminding her clients that we get to exercise when others may not be able to, and not to take that lightly. coach brittney guarantees you will leave your session feeling confident and strong!

coach Daniel

Coach Daniel is a University of Charleston alum with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Daniel has run track and field for over eight years and became a specialist in the 400m dash. Daniel’s strengths are developing speed, power, agility, and transfer to sports exercises. Coach Daniel can train any individual with goals from weight loss, strength, and muscle building to something specific as decreasing reaction time. Coach Daniel enjoys teaching clients the how, and why behind each training session, instilling value, and knowledge so clients can return to sessions understanding workouts while visualizing the importance of each exercise. Athletes, if you need specialization training, please schedule hour and a half sessions. I need time to properly warm you up, coach you, cool you down, and stretch you before, during, and after every session.
